Sea Bream With Tomato Caper Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (7 oz) sea bream fillets
2 tsp olive oil
1 None medium Spanish onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 None medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
4 None anchovy fillets, drained, finely chopped
1 tbsp capers, drained, rinsed
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Oil a grill plate and place over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 4 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, to make the salsa, heat oil over high heat. Saute onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in anchovy, capers, sugar and parsley.
Serve fish with salsa.
