Simple Arugula Salad With Mustard Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz baby arugula
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp mustard
    1/2 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Combine arugula and onion in a large serving bowl.
    Whisk together remaining ingredients and season.
    Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently to combine.
