Hungarian Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb waxy potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
    1 tbsp oil
    5.25 oz salami, skin removed and diced
    1 bunch spring onions, sliced
    1 None red bell pepper, diced
    2 - 15 oz jars sauerkraut
    1 cup sour cream
    4 None eggs
    1/3 lb feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a baking dish. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 5-10 mins then drain and set aside.
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large saucepan and saute the salami. Add the onions and peppers, briefly saute then add the sauerkraut and cook for about 10 mins.
    Meanwhile, mix together the sour cream and eggs and season. Mix the potatoes with the sauerkraut mixture, transfer 1/2 to the prepared dish and top with 1/2 the cream mixture. Repeat then top with feta. Bake for 40-45 mins.
