Chocolate Panna Cotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup milk
    2 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    3 tsp granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp powdered gelatin
    None None chocolate hearts, to decorate
    None None strawberries, to decorate
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 - 3.5 oz ramekins. Arrange on a baking tray. Gently heat cream, milk, chocolate and sugar over low heat until melted and smooth. Whisk gelatin with 1 tbsp boiling water until dissolved, let cool slightly then add to cream mixture. Distribute between ramekins, cover and chill for 3 hours to overnight, until set. Decorate with chocolate hearts and strawberries.
