Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs - cooking recipe

1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
4 1/2 lb pork spareribs
Preparation

Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and let cool for 10 mins.
Place pork in a large shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over pork, cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain pork, reserving marinade. Cook on a heated, oiled grill for about 30 mins, or until cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with reserved marinade.
Boil remaining marinade in a small saucepan for 5 mins, or until thickened slightly. Slice spare ribs into portions and serve with hot marinade.
