Cheesy Barbecue Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None baking potatoes
    6 tbsp mild salsa
    1/3 cup chopped green onion
    3 tbsp low-fat sour cream
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Wrap potatoes in foil and place on grill for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out easily. Cut off top 1/3 of potatoes and scoop out flesh, leaving a 1/4 inch-thick wall at the bottom. Reserve flesh.
    Spread 1 tbsp salsa into each potato. With a fork, mash together potato flesh, green onion, sour cream, butter and cheese. Season then distribute between potatoes. Place on grill over indirect heat, cover and cook for 15 mins, or until hot.
