Grape Clafoutis - cooking recipe

1 1/3 lbs mixed seedless grapes
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
4 None eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cups light cream
3/4 cup ground almonds
1 tbsp brandy
None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Place grapes in prepared dish.
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until pale and creamy. Whisk in remaining ingredients until combined and smooth. Pour over grapes.
Bake for 35 mins or until golden and a skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream.
