Mini Chocolate Orange Scones - cooking recipe

2 1/3 cups self-rising flour
2 1/2 tbsp chubed chilled butter
3 1/2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tsp orange zest
1/2 cup milk, plus more for brushing
1/2 cup orange juice
None None Melted milk chocolate or dark chocolate, to drizzle

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking sheet
Sift flour into a large bowl. Add butter. Rub in lightly using fingertips.
Make a well in center of flour. Pour in combined milk and juice all at once. Stir in chocolate and zest. Using a butter knife, mix quickly to a soft, sticky dough. Do not over-mix.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly. Press out to a 1/2-inch-thick round. Cut into rounds using a floured 1-inch cutter.
Place close together on baking sheet. Brush with milk. Bake 10-12 minutes until scones sound hollow when tapped. Cool on a wire rack. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
