Easy Pasta Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz fettuccine
    4 tbsp butter
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan. Add cream and 3.5 oz Parmesan. Heat, stirring, for 2-3 mins, until bubbling. Add pasta and toss to combine. Season and add nutmeg.
    Serve topped with remaining Parmesan.
