Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
    11 oz tatsoi
    18 oz choy sum, cut into short lengths
    4 oz snow peas, trimmed
    1 cup canned baby corn
    1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
    2 tsp sambal oelek (Indonesian ground chili paste)
    1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on medium heat. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.
    Add all the vegetables, sweet and sour sauce and sambal oelek and stir-fry for 5 mins, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the cilantro and stir-fry for another 30 secs.
