Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
4 None veal cutlets (about 3 oz each)
1 small onion, finely chopped
7 oz button mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp flour
3/4 cup beef stock
2 tbsp heavy cream
None None Steamed green beans, mashed potato, to serve
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet on high heat. While butter is still foaming, cook veal in batches for 2 mins each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add onion to pan and cook for 5 mins, stirring, until soft. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 mins. Stir in flour and cook for 1 min. Add stock and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer for 3 mins.
Stir in cream until heated through. Return veal to pan and cook for 1 min to heat through. Serve with green beans and mashed potato.
