Layered Salmon And Avocado Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
3.5 oz canned salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 None lemon, zested and juiced
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp fresh chives, finely snipped
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
None None Avocado Cream
1 None avocado, pitted, peeled, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup watercress, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp char-grilled red pepper, drained, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, coarsely chopped
1 sprig watercress, to garnish
None None crackers and crudites, to serve
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato sauce, chives and hot pepper sauce. Transfer to a 4 inch cake ring and smooth top.
To make the avocado cream, combine avocado, sour cream, char-grilled pepper and fresh dill. Season then transfer to cake ring. Chill for 30 mins.
To serve, carefully remove ring. Garnish with a sprig of watercress. Serve with crackers and crudites.
