Pumpkin Tarts - cooking recipe

24 None frozen mini tart shells, thawed
8 oz pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
None None ice cream or heavy cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Bake tart shells for 5-8 mins.
Meanwhile, whisk together pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, maple syrup and spices until combined. Distribute between tart shells and bake for 10-12 mins, until just set. Set aside to cool. Serve with ice cream.
