Coffee Liqueur Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None eggs, separated
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 cups hot milk
    2/3 cup Kahlua
    1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Whisk egg yolks, sugar and milk in large heatproof bowl. Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don't allow water to touch the bottom of the bowl). Whisk about 15 mins or until mixture lightly coats back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Beat cream in small bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into liqueur mixture.
    Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold into liqueur mixture, in two batches.
