Ingredients

4 oz baby spinach leaves
1 head red oak leaf lettuce
1 medium fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 medium red pears, thinly sliced
3/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
None None FOR THE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation

Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
For the honey mustard dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
Add enough of the dressing to lightly coat the leaves; toss gently.
