Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz graham crackers
    5 tbsp butter, melted
    4 large egg yolks
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tbsp finely grated lime zest
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Process graham crackers until fine. Transfer to a bowl and stir in butter. Press mixture over base and sides of a 10 inch pie plate. Place plate on an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes or until browned lightly. Cool.
    Beat egg yolks in a small bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. On low speed, add condensed milk, lime zest and juice.
    Pour the mixture into prepared crust. Bake for about 12 minutes or until just set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until required. Remove pie from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
    Cut pie into wedges. Serve with whipped cream and extra lime zest, if desired.
