Spicy Roast Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None chicken (about 1.3kg), butterflied
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp olive oil
2 None onions, peeled and cut into wedges
400 g green and yellow courgettes, sliced
400 g can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 bulb garlic, halved crosswise
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
None None Crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Season chicken inside and out with salt, black pepper and cayenne. Rub skin with 1 tbsp oil then place in a roasting pan and roast for 30 mins. Arrange onions, zucchini, artichokes, garlic and 2 sprigs rosemary around chicken, season and drizzle with 2 tbsp oil. Roast for another 30 mins. Garnish with remaining rosemary and serve with crusty bread.
