Coriander Potatoes With Tomato Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb baby new potatoes, halved
1 tsp salt
2 tsp coriander seeds, lightly crushed
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp canned chopped tomatoes
4 None tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
1 None medium avocado, sliced
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
None None Salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Toss potatoes with salt, coriander, garlic and 1 tbsp oil. Spread out on a large baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until softened and golden.
Mix together remaining ingredients and oil and season to taste. Spoon over the potatoes. Serve with salad.
