Spaghetti With Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 None egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup chopped herbs, such as parsley and oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
1 None onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups tomato pasta sauce
1 lb spaghetti
Preparation

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg and half of herbs in a large bowl. Season. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls with wet hands. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook meatballs in 2 batches for 3 mins, until browned and cooked through.
Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 3 mins until onion is soft. Add tomato pasta sauce, 1 cup water and remaining herbs. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and serve with the meatballs.
