Hazelnut Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    7 tbsp butter, chopped
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 None large egg yolk
    1 tbsp milk, approximately
    1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
    2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
Preparation
    In a food processor, process flour, butter and sugar until crumbly. Add egg yolk and process with enough milk so that the mixture forms a ball. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Roll dough out between parchment paper to form an 8x12 inch rectangle. Remove top sheet of paper then spread dough evenly with spread and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts. Using paper as a guide, roll dough tightly from long side to enclose filling. Wrap roll in plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking trays and line with parchment paper.
    Cut dough roll into 1/3 inch-thick slices. Place on trays 1 inch apart and bake for 20 mins, until lightly browned. Let cool on trays for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
