Crunchy-Topped Berry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup granulated sugar
    5 tbsp butter, melted
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a 6-cup Texas muffin pan with paper liners. Mix walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    Sift flour and granulated sugar into a large bowl. Stir in butter, buttermilk and egg until just combined. Fold in berries. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with walnut mixture.
    Bake for 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
