Crab With Angel Hair Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz angel hair pasta
    1 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 None shallots, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 cans (6 oz each) crabmeat, flaked
    1/2 bunch fresh chives, chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Cook shallots and garlic for 2 mins, until soft. Add wine; simmer for 2 mins, until reduced. Add lemon juice and crabmeat; heat gently. Add to pasta; toss gently. Serve sprinkled with chives and sea salt.
