Sautéed Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
    8 oz snow peas, trimmed
    1/2 cup shallot wedges
    10 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
    1 tsp fresh chopped chives
    1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    2 tsp rice wine vinegar
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Saute snow peas, shallots and cherry tomatoes until tender. Season.
    Whisk together herbs, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and remaining oil. Arrange vegetables on a serving platter and drizzle vinaigrette over top.
