Chocolate Squares - cooking recipe

12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 None eggs
2 1/2 cups ground hazelnuts
1/4 cup flour
10 oz milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan; line bottom and long sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches over long sides for handles.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in ground hazelnuts and sifted flour. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Bake about 20 mins. Cool in pan for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, stir chocolate and oil in medium heatproof bowl over medium saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Spread chocolate mixture over top. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
