Chicken, Chanterelle And Marsala Tagliatelle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
3 None chicken breasts
400 g chanterelle mushrooms
2 None onions, diced
400 g fresh tagliatelle
1 tbsp plain flour
100 ml Marsala
400 g whipping cream
Pinch None caster sugar
25 g snipped fresh chives
4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and cook for 5-6 mins on each side until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the mushrooms and onion to the pan and saute, stirring, for 4-5 mins. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables, then stir in the Marsala and cream. Mix in the sugar and season. Simmer, stirring, for 4-5 mins.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 3-4 mins. Mix the pasta and sauce together, then divide among 4 plates. Slice the chicken and serve on the side. Sprinkle over the chives and Parmesan, then serve.
