Cauliflower With Fresh Herb Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 lb cauliflower, cut into small florets
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave cauliflower until just tender. Rinse under cold running water until cool then drain.
    Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice and herbs in a large bowl. Season.
    Add cauliflower to vinaigrette and toss to combine. Cover and chill until cold.
