Ingredients

3 1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
5 oz white chocolate
1 tub (8 oz) mascarpone cheese
2 None eggs, separated
None None Semisweet and white chocolate curls, to garnish
Preparation

Break the chocolates into squares; place in 2 separate bowls. Place over 2 saucepans of simmering water until melted; stir until smooth. Or microwave chocolate on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 mins.
Add 1/2 the mascarpone cheese and 1 egg yolk to each bowl of chocolate. Beat until smooth. Beat the egg whites in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Divide among the bowls of chocolate. Fold in with a spatula.
Place alternate spoonfuls of the mousses into 4 tall glasses. Garnish with chocolate curls. Serve chilled.
