Curried Couscous And Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 cup couscous
    1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring 1/2 cup water, stock and curry powder to a boil in small saucepan.
    Combine couscous in medium heatproof bowl with stock mixture; cover. Let stand about 5 mins or until water is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally.
    Stir remaining ingredients into couscous.
