Pizza Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp active dry yeast
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup tomato pasta sauce
    2 oz pizza cheese
    4.5 oz salami, sliced
    1 None red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
    3.5 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    3.5 oz ham, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays. Combine flour, yeast, a pinch of sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add 1/4 cup water and oil. Stir to combine then use your hands to bring dough together. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp tea towel and set aside in a warm place for 30 mins, or until dough doubles in size.
    Punch down dough then knead for 30 seconds, or until dough is original size. Divide in 2 then roll out each piece into a 12 inch disc. Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizzas then cover with cheese. Top with salami, red pepper, mushrooms and ham. Bake for 10-12 mins, until golden and bases are crisp.
