Coconut Citrustarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flaked coconut
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 None lime, peel finely grated
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    12 None ready-made sweet tart crusts or mini graham cracker crusts
    None None Whipped cream, passionfruit pulp, to serve
Preparation
    Combine coconut, condensed milk and all peels and juices in a large bowl, stirring until thick. Fold in cream.
    Spoon into tart cases. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve topped with whipped cream and passionfruit pulp.
