Golden Honey Muesli Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp butter, chopped
    1/2 cup toasted muesli
    1/4 cup honey
    3/4 cup milk, approximately
    1 tbsp demerara sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Grease 8-inch round cake pan.
    Sift flour and cinnamon into medium bowl. Rub in butter, then stir in muesli. Add honey and stir in enough milk to mix to a soft, sticky dough. Turn dough onto floured surface; knead until smooth. Roll dough out to 3/4-inch thickness. Using a 2 1/2-inch cutter, cut out rounds. Place rounds in prepared pan. Brush tops with a little extra milk. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake about 15 mins. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
