Avocado And Mango Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None red onions
2 None red chili peppers
3 None bunches arugula
1 None ripe mango
1 None avocado
6 stalks cilantro
3 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp oil
Preparation

Peel onions, cut into rings. Clean and wash peppers, cut lengthwise, scrape out seeds. Cut peppers into thin strips. Cut mango flesh from the pit, peel and cut into thin slices.
Wash and clean the arugula, and drain. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, scoop out flesh with a spoon, then slice each half of the avocado lengthwise. Wash cilantro, dry shake, pluck leaves from the stalks, coarsely chop.
Mix the vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and sugar, then slowly add the oil. Mix all ingredients and serve.
