Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz macaroni
    3 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp plain flour
    2 1/2 cups milk
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 slices white bread, crusts removed, diced
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cook macaroni in large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth; cook, whisking, 30 seconds. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Add macaroni, 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and mustard. Season and mix well.
    Spoon into prepared dish. Toss bread with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle over the top.
    Bake for 15 mins, until topping is golden. Serve with salad.
