Cumin Pork Chops With Sautéd Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None lemons, juiced
    1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 None pork chops
    3 None peppers, 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow, deseeded and cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into thin slices
    3 tbsp oil
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    To make the marinade, mix the lemon juice, cumin and oil together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the pork chops and marinate for 1 hour.
    Meanwhile, to cook the peppers, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the peppers for 8 mins. Sprinkle with the sugar and season with salt and pepper. Saute for 5 more mins over medium heat, stirring frequently.
    To cook the pork chops, heat the remaining oil in a separate large pan. Add the pork chops and brown for about 8 mins, turning occasionally. Add the marinade and simmer for 2-3 mins. Arrange the chops and peppers on plates and serve with roasted or baked potatoes .
