Steaks With Pea Purée - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None beef fillet steaks (5-6 oz each)
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
    3 1/2 cups frozen peas
    2 tbsp butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with rosemary; season. Cook in heated, oiled large skillet on high heat until cooked to desired doneness.
    Meanwhile, place peas, butter and 2 tbsp water in medium saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Process peas until almost smooth. Season to taste. Serve with steaks.
