Slimmer'S Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None hard-boiled egg, halved
    3.5 oz low-fat cottage cheese
    3 None cherry tomatoes
    6 None celery sticks
    6 None carrot sticks
    2 None baby beets, cooked
    1/4 None avocado, sliced
    2 pieces toast
Preparation
    Arrange all ingredients in an airtight lunch box. Chill until required.
