Banana Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large egg
    3.5 oz tempura flour
    None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
    4 None small bananas, halved lengthwise
    1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
    Whisk together egg and 3/4 cup ice water in a medium bowl. Mix in flour until just combined, but still lumpy.
    Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Working in batches, dip bananas in batter and deep-fry until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Serve bananas immediately.
