Chocolate Caramel Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp orange juice
    2 tsp finely grated orange zest
    9 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 (12-cup) mini muffin pans with paper liners.
    Combine nuts, sugar and orange juice in a small bowl. Spread mixture out onto a greased baking tray. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and stir in orange zest. Let cool.
    Combine nut mixture with melted chocolate in a medium bowl. Divide between paper liners then set aside at room temperature until set.
