Caramelized Bananas With Hazelnuts And Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup granulated sugar
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    3 None large bananas, sliced
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, skin removed and coarsely chopped
    None None Greek yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sugar and cook for around 5 mins, or until sugar caramelizes. Add cream and stir until caramel dissolves. Add bananas and 1/4 cup hazelnuts. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins, or until combined and heated through.
    Transfer mixture to serving bowls. Serve topped with yogurt and remaining hazelnuts.
