Apple Cinnamon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 None large Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored, halved, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
1/3 cup apricot jam, warmed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease a baking tray.
Cut puff pastry sheet in 1/2 to form 2 rectangles. Place on baking tray. Arrange apple slices down center of pastry halves, overlapping slightly. Brush apples with butter then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 15 mins, or until puff pastry is golden brown. Brush hot tarts with jam.
