Danish Smørrebrød Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    12 slices dark rye bread
    6 None cooked shrimp, peeled (tails left intact), deveined
    1 None hard-boiled egg, peeled, cut into quarters lengthwise
    2 oz chicken liver pate
    3 None cornichons, sliced
    6 slices smoked salmon
    3 tsp salmon roe
    2-3 sprigs fresh dill
    6 slices salami
    1/4 None small red onion, finely sliced
Preparation
    Spread mayonnaise over 3 slices of bread. Top each slice with 2 shrimp and a wedge of hard-boiled egg.
    Spread pate over 3 slices of bread. Top with cornichons.
    Arrange salmon over 3 slices of bread. Top with salmon roe and dill.
    Arrange salami over 3 slices of bread. Top with sliced onion.
    Arrange on a serving platter.
