Five Spice Pork And Vegetable Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz fresh Hokkien noodles
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    10.5 oz ground pork
    1/2 tsp five-spice powder
4 oz baby corn, halved lengthwise
1 None small carrot, cut into matchsticks
    5 oz snow peas, halved
    1/2 cup oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 None spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
Preparation
Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and stir with a fork to separate strands. Drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Cook pork for 4 mins, or until browned, breaking up any large lumps. Add spice mix and cook for 1 min, or until fragrant. Transfer to a heatproof bowl.
Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry corn and carrot for 1 min. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 min. Return pork to wok along with noodles and stir to combine. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1 min, or until hot.
Distribute stir-fry between serving bowls and sprinkle with spring onions.
