Pasta Salad With Feta And Butter Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz) package penne pasta
    1 (14 oz) can butter beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/3 cup feta, cut into cubes
    14 oz tomatoes, finely diced
    3 oz green onions, thinly sliced
    3 tbsp fresh basil, cut into strips
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar, plus extra to taste if needed
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Stir in the beans and feta.
    In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, green onions, basil, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix with the pasta and season with salt, black pepper and a little more vinegar, if needed.
