Simple Salad With Eggs And Anchovies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 heads red or white Belgian endive, coarsely chopped
1 head radicchio, coarsely chopped
1 head Bibb lettuce, coarsely chopped
6 None medium to hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
4 None anchovy fillets
Preparation

Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and vinegar in a small bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss the lettuces with the dressing. Arrange on 4 plates. Top with the eggs and anchovies.
