Soft Boiled Eggs With Dukkah Salt - cooking recipe

2 None eggs
2 tsp almond dukkah
Preparation

Place 2 eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 1/2 mins then drain. When cool enough to handle, peel eggs.
To serve, sprinkle eggs with almond dukkah.
