Green Mango Salad On Betel Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None green mango, coarsely grated
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/3 cup snow peas, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage
    1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, grated
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    2 tsp mirin
    2 tsp light soy sauce
    24 None betel leaves
Preparation
    Place mango, onion, chili pepper, bean sprouts, cilantro, snow peas and cabbage in medium bowl. Combine ginger, vinegar, oil, mirin and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add to salad; toss gently to combine.
    Place one level of the mango mixture on each leaf.
