Oysters With Mirin And Wasabi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None oysters, on the half shell, shells cleaned
    2 tbsp mirin
    1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp wasabi paste
    1 None spring onion, finely chopped
    1/4 None small cucumber, seeded, finely chopped
Preparation
    Arrange oysters in a single layer on a serving platter.
    Combine mirin, rice wine, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins.
    Distribute warm dressing between oysters. Top with spring onion and cucumber to serve.
