Little Pork Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz minced pork
    1 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage
    1 None green onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic chives
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 pkg (10 oz) wonton wrappers
    None None FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp white vinegar
    2 tsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients, except the wonton wrappers, in a large bowl and mix well. Place 1 level tsp filling into the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with a little water and gather the edges together to enclose the filling and form a pouch. Place the dumplings in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper.
    For the dipping sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
    Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Drop the dumplings, in batches, into the water. Simmer for 3 mins, or until cooked through. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon, draining well. Serve with the dipping sauce.
