Caesar Salad Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    3 tbsp sour cream
    2-3 tbsp milk
    1 tsp dark balsamic vinegar
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, half shaved, the rest grated
    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb chicken breasts
    4 None large sesame seed hamburger buns
    8-10 None small romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and grated cheese, season to taste and stir thoroughly. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the chicken for about 8 mins, turning until cooked through. Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F and warm the burger buns.
    Slice the chicken diagonally. Brush the bottom halves of the buns with the sauce and layer with lettuce and chicken, adding a spoonful of sauce and some Parmesan shavings between each layer. Finish with the top halves of the buns and serve.
