Brownie Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 tbsp butter, chopped
    7 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 None large egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup ground almonds
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    6 scoops vanilla ice cream
    8 oz strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6 hole cupcake pan. Line hole bases with paper liners.
    Combine butter and 4 oz of chocolate in a double boiler (don't let bowl touch water). Cook, stirring, for 3-4 mins, or until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
    Add egg and sugar to the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. Fold in sifted flour and almonds. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 mins.
    Meanwhile, to make chocolate sauce, combine cream and 3 oz of chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and let stand for 15 mins.
    Serve brownies topped with ice cream, drizzled with warm chocolate sauce and decorated with strawberries. Serve at once.
